Constructed from pvc and steel for maximum durability, these Spinlock Dumbbell Bars feature a pvc material hold at the centre for improved grip.

• 16" set bars 
• Suitable for standard 1 weight plates
• 14" bars have 8.5" free space available for adding weight plates
• Spinlocks at each end for securing weights
• Material: plastic, steel Size: 40 x 5 x 5 cm (Due to manual measurement, there will be an error of 1-3cm.)
